A minor system upgrade was completed August 1.
Changes and new features include:
- The appearance and placement of the hover boxes (floating popup text) has been improved.
- When prior art is edited, the prior art detail page is now marked with a visible timestamp.
- The count of annotations is now visible from the prior art list. Annotations differ from discussion comments in that they are forwarded to the USPTO. This change makes it easier to view the annotations.
- When you click on the affiliation from the profile, the user list is now sorted alphabetically.
- Allow much longer list of Publications on the user profile.
- The "Discuss this Claim" button automatically creates a link to the claim and inserts that into the comment input box.
- Adjustment to how invitations are tracked.
- Improved error handling for unusual registration situations.
